For the last fifteen years I have been closely involved with both the catering and restaurant business. This has given me a unique insight as to what attracts people to where they dine out.

A FINAL NOTE
Many seasoning blends consist mostly of salt, which is by far the cheapest ingredient you can use in a seasoning blend. Chefs No. 1 contains very little salt. The majority of ingredients we use are actual food, NOT salt as a cheap filler. The following is a list of our ingredients as they appear on our label: spices, herbs, white cheddar powder, butter powder, salt, smoked paprika, and lemon grass powder.

I intended for Chefs No 1 to be a GOURMET BLEND with more potential than any other seasoning BLEND on the market today.
